We’re looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Manchester. We're a wholesale provider of Telecoms services such as mobile, data, lines, cloud and hosted technology (and more!). Our ideal candidate will be experienced in Telecoms technical support, solving problems and a keen technology enthusiast. We can provide training opportunities to develop your product knowledge and there will be clear progression opportunities with our personal development reviews. The role is desk based at our Head Office in Agecroft.

What are we looking for you to do?
To be an escalated point of contact for our customers, developing relationships, building trust and investigating their issues. Providing the best possible service and resolutions for their data, lines, mobile, cloud and hosted solution issues.
What do we need from you?
You will have proven experience and success either in technical support or fault finding in the Telecoms industry. It’s important that you are a keen technology enthusiast, that you enjoy learning and building relationships with customers, with the ability to investigate issues and find solutions to solve our customers problems.
