We're looking for an experienced Service Support person to join our team at Beyond! Our ideal candidate will have been working in a service and support role in the Telecommunications industry. This role is desk based working amongst an operations team in Agecroft, Pendlebury.

Hours: Full Time Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
What are we looking for you to do?
We’re looking for you to deliver excellent service to our reseller customers. You will be part of the service delivery team supporting customers with our products and services, processing orders with high accuracy and being an ambassador for the company by taking ownership of customer enquiries.
What do we need from you?
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within the Telecoms industry and customer support around Telecoms products such as lines, data, mobile etc., working with ticketing systems and order processing.
