We're looking for an experienced Internal Account Manager to join our Major Accounts team. This is a fast paced role and as such, attention to detail and customer relationship management is key. You will be dealing with several customers over the phone, via email and Skype. Full training is provided across all systems used. The role is desk based at our office in Agecroft, Pendlebury with free on-site parking and many other benefits.

Hours: 9am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday (37.5)
Purpose Of The Role:
Working within Major Accounts developing Nimans current customers to increase spend and focusing on identifying and developing business through being more pro-active on outbound calls and identifying sales opportunities.
Qualifications / Relevant Experience:
We require someone with proven experience of telesales with demonstrable success from within the Telecoms/IT industry.
This is a fast paced role due to the nature of our customers, so attention to detail and the ability to use Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, is essential for the role.
