We're looking for a graduate to join us as a 1st Line Support Engineer in our Tech Support team. This role will be working alongside experienced telephony engineers who will aid in your development into 2nd line support. Full training will be provided for the role. Due to our technology, we are looking for graduates from a Computer Science / Computer Networking degree.

What are we looking for you to do?
To work as part of a small multitasking team with the primary responsibility to provide an outstanding service to Nimans customers who require technical support and general help with product and solution enquiries.
What do we need from you?
You will have proven experience in Computer Science or Computer Networking theory from your degree. It’s important that you are a keen customer service enthusiast with excellent attention to detail and communication skills. If you enjoy solving technical problems, this will be a great role for you.
What are the typical duties?
Whilst the role starts in first line support queries, it will progress into 2nd line support and a career in technical support. The role begins with ticketing, queries over the phone and email, logging faults and customer management. You will be learning the products and the technical detail from the experienced engineers in the team and further training available. You will develop your knowledge and skills to be able to fault find and resolve queries with customers.
